Flash Fish Outdoor currently offers standard shipping within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

 


 

When will my order be shipped?


Order processing and tracking information will be sent to your registered email within 2–3 business days.

 



How long will it take to receive my order?


We ship from warehouses in the United States and around the world. Under normal circumstances, orders for customers in the United States are delivered within 7–11 business days. Orders for customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia are typically delivered within 7–11 business days.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and assist with any issues that may arise.

 


 

There has been no tracking update for several days. Is my order lost?


No. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe (7–11 business days). Some international shipments may require customs clearance, which can cause temporary delays in tracking updates. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@flashfishoutdoor.com.

 


 

I received a tracking number, but there are no updates yet.


Tracking information may take 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to appear in the carrier’s tracking system after the order has been shipped. If there are still no updates after this period, please contact us at info@flashfishoutdoor.com.

 


Duties and Taxes

 

All applicable import duties and customs taxes are covered by Flash Fish Outdoor.

Customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.
